I have really loved working with my Publisher. They have had very quick responses to any questions that I have had (which were quite a few, since this was my first time publishing). They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even the delivery of my copies of my books came on the day of publishing. (From UK to Canada within 24 hours!!!) Throughout my journey of getting my first book published, I have found Olympia staff to be helpful and patient...
Prior to sending off my manuscript I did read up on vanity & Hybird and even the traditional publishers. I went for Olympia due to they offer both Hybird or Traditional and they seemed genuine enough. I sent off my manuscript I gotten an email back from them to state they have received my story and will take two to three weeks for the outcome. within those weeks they did come back to with an offer of an Hybrid one with an one off offer (which I knew they would offer me that type since this is my first manuscript) but what niggles me is, they they didn't disclose the offer fee but i need to request the contract with fee enclosed. if they are going to offer me an Hybrid one why didn't they attached the fee enclosed and the contract with the email in the first place. As they also stated to view the contract i wouldn't be tied to it until it is signed.
