I ordered Pizzaya Bundle for valentine,and my family want it as snacks.I order around 4:30pm and paid online and waiting till 7pm (almost 3hrs).Calling all their hotline numbers but no one's picking up.No one's update about delay or etc.My mom go to shop and still not yet ready and have to wait another 1HOUR!The food is not so nice like usual.Service is very bad.Terrible experience.

Good pizza, very homey taste. But I dont know if the whole place is a yay or nay for me. The service was a so-so, crew were not attentive enough and not welcoming. Talked to some staff to give our order but got 3 refusal for ot being their area\. Only the manager/supervisor deserves 5 star for being accommodating. For the food, nachos was not \macho\ as the description in the menu is saying. The carbonara was bland. But pizza was great! Different from other pizzas in Manila. Very homey! But what I appreciated was the live band, and that the place was pact with families celebrating different occasions and milestones. A true hit for Olongapo locals.

Sam's Pizza is a best place to relax and chill. It have a great ambiance, the service crew are generous, they have a live band at night and when it is 10:00 pm they have the so called happy hour. I don't know if it will last next year or even the succeeding year by the way I am talking to the promo. The bathroom is clean and they are maintaining it well. They also accepting senior citizen discount and maybe even PWD's I don't know, I am just guessing cause the staff and manager's are great! It is also accessible to wheelchairs. The food is nice like their chicken and even their pizza. They are serving it freshly cook. By the way you can also sing on the stage cause they are requesting from the crowd to join them. Ya'll definitely want to come to that place.

Would suggest having dinner here! Food is wonderful. The dining experience at night is accompanied by a band who plays music, which you can suggest songs to play. Birthdays are also accomodated.
