Food is great and the music is so chill
Cheap happy hour, 35 peso local bottled beer from 5-7pm. 75 peso thereafter. Haven't tried the food. Nice atmosphere and a very deceivingly large place with live music nightly. Worth a visit for sure.
One of the longest-running bar-restaurant in Olongapo, Cafe Balooga offers a variety of drinks and good food. Place is also very cozy and band performances are almost always of high caliber. Our go-to place for more 'formal' inuman sesh.
The food was good to very good but not great. The service was a bit inattentive. Overall, I liked the ambience and atmosphere. The music was a bit loud though.
Crowds go to place to relax and have a beer. They have acoustic/live band and it's amazing!
Cozy.. I love the music.. I love the foods.
Cool hangout place with live bands. Unfortunately rats roam around their open area.
