These people working here are really rude, they are not sure of many things. I have been trying to send my brother money, they gave me the wrong website, made an acct, for nothing, this lady said i can all a number, i lost the dam thing, then i call back and this man saying something completely different ! omg !!!

Absolutely weak website and access to public information..I know you want your money because it's a business but wow. Hidalgo county records are a breeze to get to.

Phones have been down for more than 24 hrs, I called another division no one was able to assist me in letting me know a time frame, all they would say is there fixing them,inmates must be able to communicate with attorneys and love ones there for I am writing a Complaint to the (DOJ) Us Department of Justice civil rights division!
