We ordered in their drive-thru. Their manager ,Stéphane, was responsible enough to explain to clients that there would be a delay of 15 minutes for our orders to arrive. While waiting, we were given free sundaes. That is what you call Excellent Customer Service, a thing that one rarely experience when you are in France.
