Had dine in. The service staff were very helpful and recommended popular items and were knowledgeable about the dishes. The service staff were wearing face masks and came by frequently to check if my table needed anything. The food tasted authentic. Tried the pork belly steam bun and the shrimp omelet. Both were very good, but I could see why the pork belly bun is a popular item. For the entree, had the stir fry shrimp and calamari. It was good and spices weren't over powering. The shrimps were juicy and a little crisp. Calamari was also good; it wasn't chewy. Was given extra rice when asked and wasn't charged for it, which was nice as lots of other restaurants charge for extra rice. Would recommend.

Huge menu with options to satisfy all tastes, including this vegan. Three cup tofu and the stir fry mushroom and bamboo shoots were perfect. My friends ordered beef and pork dishes that they were happy with as well. Kids had popcorn chicken and shrimp fried rice that wasn't spicy so they were happy too. Not a big place, so keep that in mind. Opens at 5 for dinner and by 5:30 all of the tables were full. Food comes out quickly, as each dish is ready instead of everything at once. I'd like to go back and explore more of the menu, as they were willing to custom order things and leave out eggs and meat if necessary.
Everything else besides hot pots is good. Took 1 star from 5, due to the hot pot does not meet my taste, very Chinese but not Taiwanese.
This place is very clean and the service is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Waitress recommended Three Cup Chicken as a Taiwanese specialty. The sauce was savory and flavorful and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to coming here again.
Very very poor customer service. Rude lady waitress to my 2 excited toddler kids did not even stay for the food. Will not recommend this restaurant. Given wrong information when called BEFORE coming. Super unfriendly people who turned away parents with 3 little baby kids. Sorry never coming back because lack of decency. First impressions are lasting!
