Very friendly and professional real estate agents. They are honest, friendly and helpful. Would recommend them. I didn't visit the branch, given the restrictions, but they showed us a few properties, they were always on time, prompt and had all the answers. Would recommend.

Very helpful and friendly right from the start. Our agents were Steve and Serkan, who were easy to reach at all times and made the process of moving house stress-free and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this agency.
I instructed Stephen Banks to let my flat in spa road. He came back to with an offer which accepted. I said I only wanted the flat rented for 8 months. He said Oliver Jacques only rent flats for a minimum 12 months. This is obviously is so they can get their fees for a longer time frame. Clearly only interested in their own interests ( fees)not the landlord. Funny how this ( manager) is telling me what I have to do! Excuse me mate !I am the client and I give you instructions not the other way around
Really good estate agency, from the beginning until the end of our tenancy (2 years). Serkan for the letting part was really nice and we signed the contract without pressure and everything was simple. Erika, the property manager was always reactive even if we had many issues in the flat we've rent. We really love our stay in the flat and even if everything was not perfect they do their best to satisfy the tenant & the landlord. I recommend to anyone looking a flat to deal with Oliver Jaques.
Exactly what you would hope to expect from an estate agency. Very professional and responsive but also personable employees. Stephen Banks was incredibly helpful throughout and helped us find a top flat which suited all our needs.
