Zanimiv za otroke. Kompleks je potreben obnove. Voda je na meji med hladno in toplo. Problem slacilnic saj je veliko omaric za shranjevanje prtljage neuporabnih. Podobno je z kabinami za preoblacenje. Cena glede na predhodno navedeno visoka.
