Went here looking for a 100% Polyester carpet for my new build house. Assistant at the till said he could not give me a rough estimate for 91 square meters - he said he needed to know this in square foot. I was confused as you could surely work this out using an online calculator(980). Anyway, I offered to show him a floor plan of the property but he refused to even look at it and said he wouldn't be giving an estimate without someone coming over for a measurement. Honestly if you aren't even going to bother to make an effort what's the point of me making a purchase? Poor customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.
