59 bus into Manchester. Driver was waiting at Crumpsall Lane Stop. Door was closed. I tapped on door (loudly) many times. Driver totally ignored me! Left me in freezing cold (-1 degrees C). I am a NHS Frontline worker & was on my way to work. Disgusted.

Cruel. I know the law is currently that limited people on the bus. But if waiting to get on at mumps u can see the amount of unused double deckers that aren't being used rather than the singles. I am disabled there was a que for the bus the driver could only let 5 people on I showed my disability pass and stated I need to get to my other carer. I thought disabled people are more at risk and should be more considered. This 425 that arrived at mumps heading towards Holt's this is a complaint and I want the driver spoken to. I have just had to edit this review I am currently walking back I have epilepsy triggered by stress so far I have had two seizures on the way home. Thanks. White male long black hair.
Most buses are great however I have experienced bad times with First Greater Manchester including waiting over an hour for the 181 (in that time there should have been 5) and numerous times waiting ages for the 59. I have complained to First by email on both occasions and for the 59, I got a polite response informing me that they will monitor the service but for the 181, I got a polite response with general excuses on why buses are late and that it is out of control. Replied back to the email saying I feel that their response was as if they were not interested and dismissive of the issues on the 181 and to this day I have not had a response from First. I feel that the customer service team can be patchy at First as I feel my 181 complaint did not get taken seriously.
Where is the bus 350 18:05 to Oldham absolutely joke is happen 3 times this week !!! Really poor service !!!
