This is the best chippy around by far! Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Lovely staff and very professional, the place is very clean to a high standard.

Awful! I went here two times... both times was a disaster. During times like this the staff is not wearing mask no gloves and I saw one of the workers packing a takeaway and eating the customers chips at the same time, how do we know we ain’t going to get the virus off you! And how dare you eat a meal your packing for customers. Second time I went to get food the cod and chips had a fly inside is. NEVER AGAIN! Disgusting

Absolutely beautiful. Fish,chips,peas and gravy. It was amazing. I Highly recommend it is by far the best ever chippy I have been to and I have tried many in my time. Cannot fault anything chips was fresh so tasty,quality food you can tell. Outstanding 5* certainly applies at olde english chippy in kimberley on James Street. The staff is very friendly and the owner seems to take pride in what she does there was about 5 of us waiting for fish I could hear people saying put me a large fish in. I had a standard and that was big enough so might have to try a large next time to be greedy . I took a photo I will post it on here. Excellent once again! thankyou

Excellent food This chippy is the best chip shop for miles and the girls are lovely too. I can see where 5* cleanliness comes from it's spotless
