I wouldn't recommend this company, because i worked for them and found these : * no system at All ,no control procedures. *no separation of duties, means expecting one man doing three man jobs . *which leads to slave worker. *and more shocking thing is technician change tool and than after sit down and work as an operator and with that looking after material on other machines, giving breaks to other operators sort out automatic machine, expecting moving pellets fixing up machine and doing quality control . What a funny things never seen in my all 15 years carrier .so before you leave your job for them consider these things because they dont feel a duty of care to their employees . These are some lacks with the company's environment: *lack of openness *lack of honesty *lack of fairness *lack of integrity

Second time they moulded our item they couldn't make it the same. Modified tool and it got worse. After 5 months took it elsewhere and they charged me a grand for tooling mods that never worked! Not the way for a reputable business to act imho.
