Never had a problem before always been a very nice practice. But the rudeness of the reception staff at the moment is awful. Totally understand these are testing times and we are all having to do things differently due to covid 19. My wifes just gone to collect some blood test forms,waiting at the door where reception staff could blatantly see her and did nothing until she tried to enter when someone left she was shouted at by reception staff for trying to get there attention. Who do they think they are?? We are humans not lepers!! Dont come in,dont come in,let go of the door!!! I think whoever runs the practice could do with a little bit of meeting with staff as to how they talk to people,people who are ill,scared,nervous. Awful just awful

Have gone 3 times To collect a prescription that’s not even THERE AT ALL! Even after being told that it’ll be there the next day and it’s not! And after waiting 30mins in the queue to get into the chemist

Really poor service at the moment. Everything sounds like it's too much effort to the receptionists. Sighing because you've asked for an appointment/call back.

When you come at the doorstep at 8am there is always a guarantee to be seen within 2hours or late afternoon after work on the same day. Doctors are very friendly and most of the time helpful. Referrals/letters to arrive at your doorstep and for new medical information to come through to their system take long though. A couple of weeks. That can sometimes be inconvenient, but they are understanding when it comes to this.
