What an amazing company!!! Ed is by far the kindest individual we have ever met. He's very passionate about what he does and dedicated himself to his customers rain or shine night or day. Ed is very knowledgeable and helped put me at ease in regards to our rat problem he went above and beyond and helped the whole of our street to help combat this rat problem we was having in the attic and with it being terraced houses the whole street ended up with a problem. Ed helped all 18 houses and would be out sometimes till the early morning. He recognized instantly that we all had a problem with our sewage pipes not having a valve on and the rats were coming in directly from there. Ed did a thorough check around the whole house including under cupboards and in crevices we wouldn't have even thought to look. I have nothing but good things to say about Ed and we as a street will always use him again. We are now rat free and all at a reasonable price. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Ed has provided us with the best service we could’ve hoped for, from the initial first inspection and follow ups. Ed communicates with us all the time and he has created an environment where we are able to contact him at any time with questions or updates. From the few treatments we have received at the property, the mice we were dealing with have disappeared and we don’t have to pick droppings everyday anymore. Thank you AccuRat!!!! Needed urgent advice from ed about some wasps that were causing a nuisance on the front garden. Ed attended promptly at the specified time & gave sound informed advice about the best course of action! Very impressed with his knowledge & attention to detail.
