Went today for a meal with the family for the eat out to help out. It was busy and we had a 50 minute wait for the food. However the staff warned us of this wait and were friendly and professional. The menu is great with gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options and the staff were amazing checking the allergens. Very big portions. Amazing tasting food. Steak cooked perfectly. We had a great meal and will be returning in the future

Had a lovely lunch at the old station house. Staff were friendly food was really good. Children's menu was very good. Considering covid 19 restrictions pub had tried to make it feel as normal but safe as possible.
This place has divided opinion for a while but we booked there with a large party during the help out scheme. We had our own private corner and the staff managed brilliantly with a lot of orders. The food was good and the service also good!
Attended for lunch 19/10/2020. It was very dirty and needed some attention. My drink had zero fizz (diet coke). There was a grey hair in my food and the garlic bread had been done under the grill, burnt on top raw to the bottom and the garlic butter was solid. The salad was from a bag and had seen better days. No dressing given. I found it very expensive for what it was. There was lots of choice on the menu and the staff were lovely, just a shame everything else let it down. (In response, my dog stood on the window sill for a sort amount of time and she is definitely not grey and if you can find a hair longer than 4 inches I'll agree with your comment)
Visited here on holiday, Massive portions, lovely relaxed atmosphere and quick service. Wish this was on our doorstep as I would definitely be a regular.
