Not much more than a leaning wall that's left..... GPS will get you right to it... You have to drive through a farmer's barn yard...

Not much of the castle left at all. More about the journey than the destination. Good walk along the sea cliffs from Collieston, which is worthwhile.
It's on a great clifftop walk and it's ancient and still standing!
Not much left to see but it looks way older construction style than the other castles in the area. There are other newer houses built right at the site so you feel like your trespassing on someone's front yard. And you drive thru what feels like farmers personal property in rather muddy roads. That being said I did it in a mini cooper on a rainy day.
Part of local history. Much older than more well known Slains Castle a few miles further north
