Awful meal and experience. Went with hubby and my 3 kids on a recommendation and star rating. Menu online is completely different from that on the premise plus no kids menu. All of my 3 children said the food was terrible and left most of their meal. My husband had hunters chicken which was disgusting. Tomato puree instead of BBQ sauce! Sweet potato fries were as thin as match sticks and burnt. Service was terrible, no one came to check if our meals were OK or if we needed anything to go with the meals. On paying, my husband told the bar manager of the poor quality and shockingly was told \what do you expect for that price\. We eventually got 20% taken off the food, which still left us with a bill for 50 for food that we didn't eat. Have since food out that the pub has changed ownership recently , so just beware the 4.5 star rating is definately not for the present owners.

Lovely staff amidst the covid craze. Polite and patient with everyone. Enjoyed the feel of the place and was clean and friendly and not badly priced especially the cocktails
Lovely staff - friendly and helpful, gorgeous food ... now I'm stuffed! I had the grilled boneless chicken. The chips and the chicken were the best bits but overall it was yummy!
