Delicious lunch here today. Staff very covid safe but the restaurant felt a bit crowded as it was very busy. A year ago it wouldn't have crossed my mind but by today's standards there felt like a lot of people. We were mostly served but a young guy who was absolutely great, really friendly and on go the whole time checking on everyone. Food was fabulous and the portions were large! So large that we couldn't manage a pudding.

Just went with a friend this evening and I can honestly say it was the nicest meal I've had in Kent. The restaurant itself had a beautiful decor and an equally lovely atmosphere, a candle on each table was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. The food was simply fantastic. My friend and I had very different meals, both of which were delicious which is truly the sign of a good kitchen. Prices were also shockingly reasonable for such a good dining experience. Already looking forward to my next visit.
Food mainly from the grill, burgers steaks and ribs with a few other populate classics in the menu. I had a burger when I send with chips and coleslaw, would recommend. I send at lunch time and it was almost full so probably best to book or call in advance. They had various measure in place due to Covid restrictions on my visit.
Just enjoyed a lovely meal at the old mill, the staff are so friendly and always ask if it’s ok to set your place before each course is served. The food is delivered on time with no long waits. The food is cooked to perfection. Cannot find any faults with this lovely place. Will definitely return back and will recommend to any of my customers who asks me of any good eating establishments in Ashford . Five star service all round
