Travel from either Rowley Regis, or Cradely Heath if you have a pushchair. Getting both on and off at the station is a headache without the help.

I have always found staff extremely helpful and friendly station always clean and neat, but I do think there should be a ramp for disabled people
Nice station but no ramp for wheelchair users. And no toilet. Very slippy when it snowed. After 2 o'clock there is no around to ask about any thing
Quaint small 2 platform station. My disabled friend was very disappointed there was no lifts or ramp. She had to climb the stairs. Obviously wont be using that one again. The thing is there is plenty of land between the car park , which btw has disabled parking but no ramp/lifts ( figure that one out ) and the platform to do a ramp or lift. Positive point was passengers were informed via tannoy of any delays or arrivals. Car park a reasonable size as well which is good.
