Lovely traditional homemade food in a lovely comfortable environment. This was like having the best home made food in the comfort of a restaurant. The service was excellent, the staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this cafe to people looking for lovely homemade food.

I've driven past the Old Dresser Cafe every night for about 4 years, and always been intrigued - but finally made the plunge to visit this week. I honestly don't know why I waited so long - the food was perfect, the owners are great, and the décor is eclectic! I had zeppelins for the main - which is a dish I've always wanted to try, and it really didn't let me down, it was so tasty I was tempted to go back for more the next day. Wholeheartedly recommend this place, and will definitely be going back soon.
The food is delicious, everything super-fresh and homemade, including their own soda bread. There's a lot of English dishes with a Polish/European twist, and every item on the menu is truly special. Love the quirky interior design as well, it's really one of a kind and you won't find anything else like this anywhere in Brum.
