Ordered the lamb hotpot with a few beers, as far as locally sourced hearty british food goes this place gets a 10/10 all day long. One of the best meals ive had in years eating out and value for money is outstanding. Friendly and inviting staff, great local boozer even through covid.

Nice freindly pub sunday carvery good beers.
Nice 'proper' pub, but would be nice if the beer range changed a but more often. It's a tied house so I get why it doesn't, but this spoils an otherwise excellent place. Not all drinkers just want Carling every single time.
I come here with my family in the summer. Great to have a cold drink and sit outside, lovely atmosphere would come again.
