A few people in store, but all practicing social distancing and wearing masks too. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Enjoy shopping here, so relaxing and a great selection of all kinds of stuff and all at reasonable prices.

I have now received a full replacement of cushions from Bramble Crest and Old Barn. Cushions have faded. I was initially thrilled with our wedding present but after three months the cushions faded and left uneven marks where the back cushions sit on the seat cushions. We were told Bramble Crest was the best and that the cushions were season/weather proof. I contacted the nursery serveral times and have had to keep chasing. They'd being trying to get hold of Bramble but couldn't and that we'd have better luck complaining to Bramble ourselves. I'm annoyed that the nursery didn't really help us and sorting it ourselves seemed the only resort. This furniture set is a wedding gift that was meant to last years and cost a lot of money. We expected more help in trying to resolve the issue.

Good garden centre to go for most things. When building work is all finished it will be an even better garden centre with cafe/ restaurant. Has a clothing dept as well.

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience - could've spent much, much longer than the 2.5 hours we had this time! So much to see, great offers, always nice to see 'local' brands supported & amazing gift ideas, too. The staff were very happy, courteous & eager to please. Really can't praise it high enough...WELL DONE!

Very nice garden centre, particularly good selection of pots and very well priced plant feeds and consumables. They're currently refurbishing parts of the selling area and carpark which is brave in the current climate.
