I called them yesterday, they were my 5th phone call trying to get the info I needed, it was my first time ever having to bail someone out. The man that answered the phone was so nice to me, explained everything to me, so that I knew what to expect or what to do... when i got to there offices there was another man there (by the way, with the most beautiful blue eyes ) he was also very nice and funny. It felt like it took for ever but I knew what to expect since they told me wyco always takes there sweet time plus the anxiety of having my family member out asap, I felt like the wait was long. My family member also said that Mr. Blue eyes was a very nice man... i hope I never need to use your services again but if I did, I would go back.!!! Thank you.

Absolute horrid person to deal with. Zero care for the people who are coming in and horrible communication skills, all the while belittling the person who is getting bailed out.
