Absolutely excellent service. From Karen who first answered my call to Jim who coordinated the servicing on my vehicle, I am extremely impressed. I was able to get a courtesy car with Jeremiah, also very friendly and personable, without having to wait. They took into consideration I was on a time crunch and had my vehicle done in a timely manner. Another thing that stood out was every time I’ve called with questions, whoever I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing on an oil change is the best around. The facility is very clean and everyone working and waiting followed social distancing guidelines. Thank you for great service!

Just picked up my 3rd vehicle, a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I honestly couldn't be happier. They gave me a great price without haggling. I did a LOT of research and it proved to be a solid and fair deal including my trade-in. The communication was great and they've done everything they said they would do. They were very well prepared for the delivery and the paper work to took under 30 minutes. 100!

I dropped my work truck (2019 Ram) off on Saturday at the express lane and it was good to see a familiar face. The young mans name is Rocky and I haven’t seen him the last couple times that I have been in. He instantly recognized me and asked me about my Jeep. I have no idea how he can remember each individual customer like that but that is a level of service you do not see at all these days.

Kaleb and Andrew in sales were so great to work with on my lease/ trade-in! My lease on my grand Cherokee was up in January and they reached out a few months ahead of time to help me with the process of turning in my the car at the end of the lease and what my options were for getting a new car. It was a busy time of year, and wasn’t able to get it all done until this week, but they stayed in touch in a professional, respectful way, and made sure I had a good experience.
