Go in for any kind of service and have to give them your email via forms. Everytime I give my email I write in parentheses \please do not add me to your email list\... Not 2 days later I've got 5 emails from this place promoting everything under the sun. It's a joke.

To be fair nice gym, but impossible to cancel the membership! Be careful about the fine print of the contract! They didn't let me cancel over the phone while I was out of States, and now still charging me to the end of year while I have paid them for a year without using the gym at all!

I've been going here at this location for at least 5 years and is a great place to get a good workout and finish up in their saunas. Found out today that Lou at the front check-in had been promoted. Great for Genesis. He's always very positive when you get there early! Congrats Lou!

There has recently been a visible effort to keep the place cleaner. Some equipment is still worn and in need of repair or replacement. The parking lot is never cleared of snow or ice, so prepare to trudge through a mess to get to the front door in winter. Someone asked the manager why the lot is never cleared and he replied “That’s corporate’s problem”. There you go.

Been going to this gym for couple years now. Its been good. With Covid being a thing, really appreciate how many disinfectant spray bottles are around the gym. And with the recent addition of Lou Rice at the front desk in the mornings has been great. Being greeted with his enthusiasm is great especially for morning workouts!
