One of my top locations for delicious japanese food. Entered near ten, it was not crowded. Service is consistently above par. Reminds me of a place in New York I liked to visit.

Had an amazing experience here. Came with a friend for his birthday. Each of their dishes I can tell was done with extra care and has thought into it. My favorite dish was the Spanish mackerel which was seared and cooked to perfection along with the radish pairing. The Japanese wagyu beef with miso and brussel sprout leaves. The wagyu was so marble and amazingly tender that it almost melts in my mouth... However the miso sauce got a little too overwhelming because when you eat it together it tasted a bit heavy. The overall experience was nice and the interior design was very authentic and has a Japanese feel. This place offers a different menu every month!!! That's super exciting. However at some times I feel like there's always someone standing there watching me eat which made me slightly uncomfortable but the service was great. This place also doesn't take tips.
Absolutely amazing. Finally we have outstanding kaiseki in NYC. A worthy third act.

We came here for Valentine’s Day and it was a pleasant experience. The place is small with minimalist decor, it looked kinda bland but felt cozy when we settled into the counter seats next to each other. So it wasn’t as bad as I imagined for Valentine’s Day. Service was great. We really liked the Sashimi with sprinkled fish liver, it was very fresh and tasty. It’s one of the best I had in New York. Uni was ok. The dessert was refreshingly good too, I felt like it was the best we have had in a while. It was beautifully put together and tasted yummy and natural. The tasting menu was a good amount, we were both very full at the end of it. Price is ok given the amount of food and no tipping definitely helped.
