Just had my first curry from okra. Omg it was fantastic, delivery was spot on. Arrived hot. Delivery driver was polite and made sure our delivery was placed on the step as he walked away. Will definitely be ordering again. The prawn starter was lovely. Onion bhaji was crisp but soft in the middle. Everything was great.

I would normally give Okra a high star rating but tonight I've been so disappointed in all areas that I will seriously consider going elsewhere. Food was ordered at 18.50pm and we were given a delivery time of 20.15pm. This was pushing it as late as possible for us due to work commitments but we thought we'd wait as it must be busy. At 20.40pm we contacted Okra to find out where the delivery had gotten to only to be told that it would be a further 15mins tops... Not a sorry said, just excuses given. So remaining polite we accepted that further 15 minute (tops) wait. 21.08pm the delivery finally arrived, still no apology given just a heres your food and a half hearted mumbled good evening as he walked back to the car. The food when received was barely warm... Come on Okra.. Not your usual standard. Contact numbers are given on ordering, call your customers if your going to be an hour late, ensure apologies are given. We all know sometimes with the best will things don't go to plan but don't treat your customers like this....

Very impressed: generous portions, high quality prepared food, that tastes and looks of much better quality than a lot of other takeaways. P.S. Cheese naan, has actual cheese in it, which is rare in a dozen other takeaways i tried.
