Logan is remarkable. He has been taking care of our STNG pin since we bought it. He even originally helped us arrange to get the machine I found from the owner in Colorado and brought it up to speed. When he does come by now to fix the inevitable issues, he is fast and accurate. He's also a great guy.

Logan worked with us to fully re-furbish out Monopoly pinball machine and WOW - I didn't event know it was that bright. He was s helpful, easy to work with and you can tell he's a pro. He has a very carefully crafted system in how he handles the games and takes great care to make sure the physical console doesn't get damaged in the process. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking help with arcade games, etc.
Don't even waste your time calling this company. The phone rang once and a grumpy man said hi!! I said hello. I received your number off google looks like you have a repair company for arcade games. Very annoyed the grumpy man responds with \yeah google claims we do all kinds of stuff including coming to your house to fix it. We dont really do any of that\. (Which i didnt even mention.. i only asked if they repaired arcade games) I said well okay then I'll just find another company. Then he responds \Well I mean if you want to being it by the shop we'll fix it for you\. At this point I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere. He made me feel as if he was very annoyed I called. I explained to him that since it was such a chore, Id call another company. Also sir, a free piece of advice if you're getting lots of calls about home service repairs. (which you mentioned to me.. I didnt mention it to you) it would be a great business opportunity for you to look into doing this.. especially over in the Nichols Hills area. UPDATE: Once again or shall I twice! Logan is definitely the MVP when it comes to the business if pinball machines. His timeliness, professionalism and knowledge are just a few of the reasons my husband and I are return customers. So happy we have Alpha Vending for our Bally EK. Definitely five star service! I highly recommend Logan Brooks of Alpha Vending if you need repairs and or information on fixing your pinball machines. He definitely knows what he is doing and shares his wealth of knowledge with his customers. Took the time to answer and explain all of our questions about our Bally EK. For professional quality work and great customer service he’s definitely the guy to call.
Logan is great !!!! He rented us a Galaga/Ms Pac-Man console as well as a pinball machine for a corporate event. Great time was had by all. Definitely using him again next year.
