This is the Maki Okinawa, notice the amount of actual salmon and how thinly it’s sliced. The layers go as follows, rice, more rice, a bit of masago and avocado, rice, and yet another layer of rice, topped with super thin slice of Sake. Four layers of rice in all. There needs to be another slice of fish in the middle, otherwise this should be called a Rice Sandwich topped with salmon carpaccio.

Un restaurant de quartier de qualité, à l'accueil souriant, et aux menus variés, pour un prix raisonnable. Cela fait 15 ans que je connais cet établissement, et il reste de bon niveau. N.B : en temps de Covid, il propose de la vente à emporter et la livraison.
Le meilleur restaurant japonais du 18ème ! Les propriétaires sont adorables et se plient en quatre pour satisfaire votre demande. Des tarifs raisonnables pour des plats frais et savoureux. Je recommande tant sur place qu’en livraison.
