As someone whose spicy food tolerance maxes out at kimchi, I highly recommend this place because their spicy stir-fried chicken [dak-galbi] was so flavorful and the spice level was just about right.

Best Dakgalbi in Seoul! Short walk from iPark, this place is located in a quaint village off the subway tracks. Michelin awarded for a reason.

Over six years ago I found this place and fell in love. Not surprised that the owners expanded due to the extensive lines that were always at the restaurant. Affordable and Michelin awarded for so many tasty reasons. Hands down one of the most delicious chicken stir frys you will ever have - even if you don’t like stir fry!

This restaurant was awared by Michelin and pan fried chicken is very nice. But there is strong kick once you comsume it. If you cannot take spicy, youd better to order rice wine(mak geol li) which could be helpful to cool down spicy

Went on a Friday around 1pm and it wasn’t too busy but a good handful of people. We ordered right away and the service was quick and the chicken was cooking in front of us before we knew it. It took a good 10 minutes for the food to cook and we added cheese and udon noodles. The ingredients (chicken, cabbage, perilla leaves, rice cakes, cheese and udon noodles) itself were good, but the spicy red pepper paste used wasn’t satisfying. It was flavorless and not quiet spicy. 4 stars for great service though.

This local spot was perfect for us on a sleepy Sunday afternoon. We brought a stroller and one year old and the staff was very accommodating. In fact there were many families and kids eating at the same time we were. The food was delicious. The chicken was tender, vegtables plentiful, and seasoning flavorful. This spot is a short walk down a sleepy street from the Han River trail. We thought it was great.
