Okasan Sushi

I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I must say their customer service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized consistently. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.

Really excellent quality food. Avocado tempura unusual and delicious. Portions not too large. Great texture fish. Good kids menu. However on a school night around 7.15 pm their kids were playing around the restaurant with toys. We don't mind as we have our own, but makes it really a family only restaurant until the kids go to bed around 8pm.

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are fantastic and the team is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a gorgeous evening. warmly recommended.

I love soft shell crab. So I decided to treat myself. I am disappointed. There was one crab. The last time I ordered this at another restaurant there were two, for the same price. Here was only one. And a container stuffed with lettuce and soggy or stale prawn crackers. For almost 9 that is not good enough. The 4 chicken gyozo I got were OK. The salmon roll came with lots of ginger which I like. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I spent c19 and I am disappointed with the quality and quantity.

I REALLY wanted to rate this place higher but me and my wife were the only people here and there were the owners children I'm nappies running around, moving furniture, screaming and tugging on my clothing. I wanted to have a nice dinner with my wife but we couldn't wait to just get out. The sushi was ok. Didn't taste very fresh and the fish was a little warm.
