Prices to high, they change oil for my car top up without checking it was 5l oil instead of 4.2 over the limit and it was my oil as well, so they waisted oil and i need to pay for it, stuff unprofessional no idea what are they doing
This is not regarding the other establishments within this complex, from my understanding the body shop is highly recommended and do good work. However it looks like in terms of review all come under the same umbrella. My review is for Ojay motors, the garage at the back. I bought my car there about a year ago as I clutch had gone. My usual mechanic was away so went here as an alternative. To cut a long story short... I went in for my clutch (which took over 2 weeks to repair) & once fitted left with a leaking rad, which I was told I had to pay for (rad was not leaking prior). Within a week my inner wheel arch had fallen off and although the car is driving (but noisy) I’ve now been informed by numerous mechanics that items have not been refitted correctly with various nuts & bolts missing, hence leaving the car unsafe. Would not go back to this mechanic & am now having to spend to rectify mistakes. Very disappointed.
