Oil change
They did a great job, but couldn't reset the oil life. Found out how to reset and will let them know. They gave me a call and said they would like me to stop by and give it another shot at resetting the oil life. I told them I got it done and explained how. Nice to get a follow up. Excellent!!

I picked Oil Depot because of the location and its reputation. The service was excellent! They were courteous and fast! They know what they are doing. My vehicle even had an minor issue that they explained to me and fixed. I will definitely recommend a Oil Depot to family and friends!
Extremely poor customer service by the employee that took my vehicle no greeting no smile no hello just what do you want. He seem like he hated his job, it was a huge warning sign I should of left. On the good side seem like the service was completed in a timely manner about 15 minutes, I was the only vehicle at time. On the bad side they did not have a cashier so I got to wait and wait and wait. As I watch them start to work on another vehicle I was told someone would be with me in just a minute. Just a minute is 20 minutes longer and Unfortunately I had to get frustrated and that got the owners attention. I was hopeful that I would get to talk to him and explain my concerns, but instead I was hand off to the same young man that I started with. Who collect my money and did not even explain what service was completed, I had ask. I stopped here because I’ve had very good visits in the past, however that’s in the past.
Easy in. Easy out. No complaints. Even let me know that I am about due for a transmission flush. Which I already knew cuz I keep up with my maintenance pretty closely. So I know they weren't just looking for more money.
Love coming here. Quick, friendly and affordable. In addition to an oil change, I got a car wash. My car looked great!
