So far, so good for their softball leagues. I was hesitant based on reviews. I did find them rude when calling, but the league is fine. Website is a little clunky.

We signed up and paid for two different volleyball leagues last winter. When we showed up to play at specified time and location, after it was changed a few times... Nobody there.
Google definitely needs a zero star option. Our winter basketball league was cancelled because the venue \gave up\ our time slot to an in-house volleyball league. We were told the league was cancelled and refunds would be processed in the next 2 days. This was on Jan 18th. After receiving a game schedule reminder, I followed up on 1/26 to confirm again that the league was cancelled and that refunds had been issued. At that point I still had not received the confirmation that I was told would be coming. I followed up again this Tuesday (2/2) via email and have not received a response. My teammates are asking about their money and I don't have an answer for them. I understand COVID has things weird, but it should not take 18 days to issue refunds for a cancelled league! I've played in one Sports Monster league, the league itself wasn't that bad, but at this point I'm thinking it will be the first and last. If you haven't played in one yet, I'd suggest you keep your total league count at zero.
Every time I’ve talked with them they’ve always had great service! I would recommend going to them if you’re looking for any fun leagues!
I had an internship at this company and it was great! They gave me a lot of creative freedom and independence to really make some things my own. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
