Popped in on Friday to arrange a Will. Spoke with a member of staff who took my details and stated the Will would be picked up on Monday. On phoning them back the same member of staff stated she had not drawn up the will and claimed this was because I had complained about the 180 fee. When I said this is not how I remembered the conversation the staff member began shouting over me and said she would not be making the Will. Not a pleasant experience but won't be taking my custom to this firm again.
