excellent and speedy delivery, we frequently order from them bc its so damn tasty! personally love the cookie dough, but all my flatmates love the shakes :0c also, never had an issue with items missing etc, and have been ordering regularly since Sept 2020!

Really good ice cream and customer service
Received a lotus biscoff waffle, Oreo milkshake and looks like we received an extra 3 scoops of ice cream. All of it absolutely delicious and a lovely treat for the kids. Desserts were ready bang on time of arrival and warm customer service. Well done team!

Shocking Customer Service Ordered via Uber Eats only half the order arrived when rung “Oh So Creamy” to see where the rest of my order was... was spoken to like I was lying about the missing items to the extent I ended up putting the phone down then called them back and spoke with manager who sorted out the problem... maybe the staff should have some training in customer service and how NOT to speak to customers!.... because if they carry on the way they do speak to customers, they certainly won’t have customers returning!!!!!....
