Found this place on Google Maps. Best donut I've had in a long time. Had coffee, which was also nice and peppermint tea, which was freshly brewed from leaves. The 5 coffee and donut deal is great - might seem a little expensive but it was definitely worth it. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty too, which was nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Best doughnuts in Belfast, hands down. Not a vegan but their vegan apple chai doughnut is one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. The other doughnut shops in the city centre / south of the city all taste about the same as each other relying on thick, claggy, overly sweet toppings or novelty fillings and they're fine, but Oh Donuts are on another level for the same price. Only request is look into a polish style rose filled doughnut (actually don't, I would put on so much weight if you sold those).
Crazy sexy coffee. Fabulous donuts. HIGHLY recommend.
