After speaking with several garages in NW London one Friday afternoon, none would take delivery from the RAC relay of my broken down ML, an ECU issue and a big car. When I spoke with George and Alex at OGS the difference in customer service and knowledge was almost too good to be true. I'm pleased to report is was 100% true, they were good to their word and very fairly priced and some of the nicest people I've ever meet in the car repair business. Their professionalism and integrity might explain why they're such a busy little workshop, I guarantee you won't be disappointed in the quality of work, their knowledge is off the scale and the price is excellent.

Excellent service undertaken by the team, who arrived on time to my home to replace a faulty door car lock. They were very professional and kept me updated on what they were doing to resolve the problem. I was very happy with the service, and would definitely use this company again. I would also recommend the company to friends and family. Excellent work team. Job well done!!!

Dropped my car for repair, made it clear what the faults were with the car (with the fault codes) however they wanted to do a diagnostic check of there own, which was 120 per hour (CRAZY) - main dealer charges less. They said car was all fixed and car was all good. Then they charged me for an inspection again saying car isn’t running well. They said spark plugs needed changing. 450 to diagnose and change spark plugs (ridiculous, no customer care, JUST GREEDY FOR MONEY) 2 weeks down the line exact same faults occur again, took it down to a garage and they have said that the spark plugs weren’t changed. So they charged me 1,000 all together, and the car is worse than before. They have ripped me off by not changing the parts, and have lied straight to my face. staff don’t call you back when they say they will, company is all shambles. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAND OVER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I contacted them via WhatsApp message and they called me back and their van came down to my house within an hour. Cut a new key in around 1-1.5 hr for a very good price of 205.
