Managed to get in to Offord's before lockdown and snagged a late Xmas present for my wife. The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful, and helped me pick out a great gift at a reasonable price. My wife was over the moon, so I am too. Great place.

My name is Judith Lea. Offord and Sons made a white gold, four claw pendant using my mother's gemstone from her engagement ring. They have done a superb job on what is a possession of great sentimental value, and which I am now able to wear. Staff were unfailingly efficient and helpful in guiding me as to the choice of mount. I am thrilled with the result.

I took a ring in to be resized just before Christmas, I was a little nervous at leaving it anywhere as it had been in the family for many years. I knew it needed a lot of work doing to it and I was worried about the diamond falling out. I was quoted a reasonable, competitive price and I felt instantly comfortable leaving this cherished item with Offords. Considering we went into lockdown a few days later I was not expecting to get my ring back anytime soon and I live too far away to collect it and wasn't comfortable having it posted. Fortunately, the lovely lady who I spoke to and the owner Philip, arranged to get my ring back to me and it was hand delivered to me by Philip. The ring is simply gorgeous and looks like new rather than something that is 100 years old and the level of craftsmanship is superb. I am beyond thrilled and very impressed with the level of customer service and workmanship. I would recommend Offord & Sons to anyone.
