On behalf of Bali's family: We can't thank Don, Anthea and Alan enough for their professionalism, care and kindness during such a sad time for our family. They had well organised systems in place and supported us with a great deal of empathy. They went above and beyond, dealing with third parties such as the GP and registration office so that we didn't have to take on any unnecessary stress during such a painful process. From the moment they came to our house to collect our beloved Bali, all the way through to the funeral day, we felt as though we were in the safest of hands. Thank you so much Don, Anthea and Alan for your kindness.

The hardest thing we ever do, is to say goodbye to someone we love. It mattered so much to myself and my son that we would be able to look back and remember my mother’s funeral as a special day, albeit so sad. Thank you Don, Anthea and everyone at Odwyers - for the care, patience, time and attention to detail you gave all of us. You guided us through all the arrangements and nothing was ever a problem or forgotten, somehow you had already dealt with what was necessary You helped us say goodbye the way we wanted to and helped our own grieving process and for that we cannot thank you enough. The flowers were so very important and perfectly beautiful and I can look back now and smile a little, she would have approved! Should you be reading this review because you have just lost someone you love - my heart goes out to you. If you are looking for someone to care for them now as you would and to help you say good bye to them, I can only say stop looking and ring Odwyer’s. Great independent funeral directors. Anthea and Don show so much care to all of the family. The effort and time was so appreciated. I couldn't of asked for better.
