Wen in to change a lught bulb, found out they had given wrong info over the phone - the right ones where more than double the price. Had to give them an alternate contact number 3 times until they finally used it. What was supposed to take maybe 35 minutes took more than 2 hours. Insisted I should change the tyres and proceed to provide 3 diferent and unsolicited budgets. Really not a good way to spend time on a Saturday, amidst a pandemic, on a packed mall...
