Google says they close at 4:30 I go there right exact at 3:30 and they have a white board that says the last customer is at 3:30 I was like ok I’ll come back I go back today and rush and get there at 3:15 and the same sign was there I was like it’s fine I made it in time and I go and dude says they’re “training” so there’s no one to help Don’t even worry about calling them because they don’t pick up the phone

They forgot about us and then never actually submitted the paperwork after we came back a second time.
Don't show up during chow time and the place is teeming with personnel. I was in and out in 10 min, even going in with no idea where to be. Fantastic.
I have been here 7 times now for a VERY SIMPLE task, that being said I have never in my life been assisted by more INCOMPETENT workers who have no clue how to do their own job, every time I go the wait is so long to the point that last time I was there I had to wait 6 hours to get helped because they were passing my SIMPLE package around like it was a blunt at a high school party. On top of that their is 4 different people that make the rules who dont communicate so they each have a conflict of interest EVERY TIME. If you need to go bring a higher up with you.
