Impressive. This place ticks a lot of boxes. Having more options than just fish and chips you would expect quality to suffer somewhere but it does not. Great chips and large portions, juicy fried chicken, great fish with a lovely batter and again large portions. Everything was spot on, very impressed.

The fish n chips and scampi are excellent, not greasy: 1st time I pick them chips from my husband's plate ! Staff is friendly. There's a toilet. Enough room to eat (at least when we were there). Not the nicest place due to the location but that's convenient and enough for me to eat safely with caring staff.
This chip shop is the best in Alton. The food always tastes great and the staff are very friendly. Very well priced menu.
Good honest grub. Not to expensive. Quick service.
Worth phoning & ordering in advance in tier 4 restrictions, highly recommend the massive cod & chips and the oceans fillet burger meal is massive
