This was the last day of our summit and my newly found friend, and I was looking for a fish place, and the search brought up Ocean Prime. It's one of my favorite restaurants, but first to this Dallas location and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service was Impeccable, and the food was delightful. We got there about 7:45 on a Sunday night, the crowd was light. We walked in without reservations and was told we could pick where we wanted to sit; the bar, patio or main dining area, the host gave us a tour of each area. We settled for the bar because there was more going on. As we sat down, we got truffle popcorn, and it was delicious. We order soup, several appetizers, sushi and dessert Ocean Prime is fine dining at it best.

The atmosphere was modern yet romantic. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and nicely spaced between courses. Booths all had plexiglass dividers and they were checking temperatures at the hosts booth. Price wise it was around 400 for two of us with a bottle of wine, an appetizer, an order of oysters, 2 entrees, two sides, and a dessert. Pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth and then some.
Add this restuarant to your favorite list! Ambiance was great and the aged old steak was grilled just right! The reason I couldn't give five stars is because of the valet service. Worst ever! Staff informed me after I found parking and checked in that the valet parking was overwhelmed but there was additional parking across the street. This information definitely would have been helpful while I'm still in my car but not after I find parking two blocks away! They almost lost me as a patron! Thankfully all else was good. Will visit again though.
Good atmosphere, David, our server was great. Lobster bisque was enough to share and delicious. My spouse had the grouper and I had blackened snapper, both were very fresh and so good we may go back to try something else. We asked about a drink another table had and they gave us their signature Bubbles and Berries. A real treat.
Hands down some of the absolute best food in Chicago! Darren truly elevates the experience to a whole new level. Best waiter I've ever had!!
The food was good, a little pricey but for the location of the establishment is fine, the reason I give only 4 stars is the 20% gratuity wrote it with a pan ....!!? According to the manager the register can't, \CAN'T......\ add it to your receipt. Now the server was amazing and he would probably get more then they \FORCED\ us to pay. Honestly I don't like any establishment to get their hands in my pocket, let me appreciate the gratuity based on the server competence not on establishment policy ( treat me right and I will do the same ), if I will set on the side the gratuity moment my experience with them was a pleasant one.
