Never rent from Ocean Isle Cart Rentals! We reserved a golf cart online and paid in full. It was supposed to be delivered by 4 pm the day we arrived. It never came and we called/texted the company several times. The owner contacted us two days later and said he would refund the money. We've sent numerous messages and advised him we'd file a dispute with the bank if he didn't respond. It's been three weeks, the funds haven't been credited to our account and he's failed to contact us.

Very unprofessional. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family rented from this company for our beach trip to Ocean Isle. Our cart was delivered with no lights or turn signals limiting our ability to drive the cart. Carts are also old and not well maintained overall. We were unable to drive the cart at night for the first couple days and for an entire day due to maintenance. We were informed we would get a 100 refund for inconvenience but NEVER received the refund. We have followed up numerous times asking about the refund and he is unresponsive. It has been almost 2 weeks and there is still no refund or reply from the owner. DO NOT ADVISE TO RENT FROM OCEAN ISLE CART RENTALS, LLC. There are plenty of other golf cart rental companies in the area so I would not waste your time or money on this one.
Ocean Isle Cart Rentals was a life saver for us! We called 4 different places that were sold out or no longer servicing NC, but OICR was able to deliver quickly and professionally on a busy Memorial Day Weekend! They made it easy for us to extend our rental an extra day, as well! Highly Recommend.
They made my vacation easy and fun. The cart was ready and waiting when we got there and Mr Newton was very professional and nice. I wouldn't ever rent from anyone else.
VERY RUDE PERSON. Golf cart would not work properly, when called about it would not answer phone, had to send a text to him. Owner got very mean in text, instead of fixing golf cart, he came and picked it up. We didn't even have it for a day. Told us we would get a refund, took a week to get it.

Didn't even deliver the golf cart. Very rude on the phone. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Hit and miss with this rental.Sometimes the cart will run and sometimes it won't.Carts very dirty and little maintenance.
