Me and My partner came to Ocean Beach on 22/08/20, the welcome staff member was polite and welcoming, the waiting staff were lovely and quick made us feel really welcome and comfortable. But the food oh my god, we both had the Pulled Pork Burger and Ham and Cheese Croquettes. Burger - Bun toasted and fluffy, sauce delicious, pork juicy and tender, chips fluffy and hot, croquettes crunchy and gooey everything was phenomenal ️ during such rocky times it was lovely to have the chance to checkout and have great food
Living opposite, thought we’d try the place (review long overdue). Fish & chips for 16.95, because of a bit of salad? Oh dear.. Husband ordered the fillet steak ciabatta, how can you overcook fillet? Typical bland English food with a high price tag put on it \u200d️A nice view is an added bonus, but when you go somewhere to eat, the food is a priority. Service wasn’t great, very average place.
We had lunch this week and thought the restaurant was lovely, the food was really great (mussels, calamari & whitebait especially) and the staff lovely. It wasnt cheap but you get what you pay for and we felt the price reflected the quality of everything else. A real gem, we were very happy as were our young kids and planning to get back ASAP!
Nice view to the front beach. Relaxing atmosphere here. Good service.
