I was pleased with the friendly staff. I felt they were very informative. Although I was horrified at the thought of being put in a PTI program, the staff made me feel at ease. It was a hoot to watch the people who come in and out of the building. I honestly could just sit in lobby and watch the people all day. Those are some brave patient employees they have in there. To have an adult who got into trouble on thier own yell at the poor ladies behind the counter because they didn't bring in needed verification was the only thing I felt uneasy about.

This place is a disgrace. Their laziness, and unprofessional manor is the least of the issues. #1 issue is how their negligence is ruining people lives. I am not sure how to get this joke of a place held accountable , but I will figure it out. There are 100s of ppl I have found to have suffered from the lies, incompetence, or just straight up uneducated so called probation officers. One being Acosta. This place needs to be shut down as probation and try to help the community else where.

I watched a journalist trying to do a public records request, when the staff called the police because he was filming his request... ridiculous! Zero transparency or customer service here...

I find it very disappointing that I have to give stars at all to comment on this place. Honestly? I feel like they owe me a few Stars. The staff at the probation office is lazy, incompetent, and complacent. I'm not even on probation here but if I were, I would beg to go to jail. The supervisor knows less than the probationers here, and in fact had to be guided through the entire probation process. Furthermore they are belligerent about their inability to do their jobs, which really makes it much much worse.

I have donated to salvation army for years, if nothing else than at Christmas time. Granted, it was never very much, but it was every time at a Walmart or a Kroger up north. Recently I myself became homeless, and was told I was going to be put into their veterans program. Well, because I never did a day of active duty, that will not be the case. I guess they don't consider National guardsmen valuable at all. Got it salvation army...not that you care, but I will never donate again to any cause you stand for.
