I just received my second dose of COVID vaccine. The professional, friendly and talented staff at the Paddock Mall site made the event relaxing and caring. I waited a very short period of time, and I was welcomed and informed about side effects and safety issues. The health department should be proud of their staff and volunteers! My compliments and thanks to everyone for making life safer in challenging times.

The Health Dept. COVID 19 vaccine program was exceptionally well organized and each H. D. Representative was friendly, courteous & informative. This was one of the best organized public health events i have ever experienced. Kuddos to all who contributed to a good experience.

Q why can't you notify people who registered online and gave you their email address a notification that their request has been receive and why cant those same people be notified via email of the appointment data and time. Also why can't you predict an appointment time for people. You know how many shots per day you can do. It doesn't have to be exact it could be \ the week of\ with a follow-up with an exact time by email &/or phone( leave voice mail)

My husband at I received our COVID-19 shots last Thursday at the Florida County Health Department. As a retired Health Officer/Administrator/RN, I have been in charge of large clinics. The last pandemic was with the H1N1 which we were prepared to give 2,000 vaccines. This Health Department ran an exemplary outside clinic. Just from what I just saw, I wouldn’t change anything. Congratulations to all of the management and staff.

I have BEGGED for help n getting the Covid vaccine, but after struggling to gain access 2 a person who will answer the phone, unable three times 2 find person who is knowledgeable r even competent enough 2 tell me if I am actually n their registry r if a time can be given me for an appointment 2 get vaccine. I registered the first day. Promises that a supervisor would call me laughably never materialized. The Customer Service Representative never returned my call. I PLEAD, BEG, IMPLORE someone 4 help, & do so respectfully. I do not mean disrespect by this posting, but the sense if abandonment & lack of care & avoidance is crushing. Where do I turn 4 help?
