I visited their Ipswich practice recently and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were so welcoming and friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all, they saw me straight away. When performing my check up, the optometrist went over some tests a couple of time’s to make sure I was happy with the results! I will definitely be visiting them from no on!!

Great responsive service from Will at Observatory the Opticians. My glasses broke recently. As we are in lockdown, contacted Observatory, even though they were not my local optician, and I wasn't sure if another they could or would fix them. After sending through photos of the glasses, Will not only found a replacement screw but also dropped it back to us after. Would recommend highly based on their help and service.
A great personal service which isn't rushed and feels thorough. Plenty of time to ask questions and a real attention to detail from all of the team members. :)
My first appointment with the Observatory and I was very happy. Very attentive staff and very patient. Lots of help in choosing the right glasses. I recommend this Optician, a very professional service.
