Today I went into the Beccles branch of Observatory opticians because I had a fall and bent my glasses frame. The customer service I was given was absolutely fantastic, the lady not only straightened the frame she made me a hot drink and gave me a biscuit. It was way beyond what I expected, I think they were brilliant and I really appreciated her care.
My eyes are problematic. I'm not the normal run-of-the-mill patient. As a result, I need an optician that will take the time to perform repeated, thorough eye examinations and give a high level of support and care when recommending and supplying specs and contact lenses. Mr Moor and his team have provided (and I'm sure will continue to provide) a superb and fully-comprehensive service. I will not go anywhere else!

I had my first appointment with them a few weeks ago & had my eyes tested as they desperately needed to be tested...this was my very first time I had visited, & due to the covid restrictions, I was seen very quickly. I was made very welcome & all the team were very professional & extremely lovely & kind. I was not pushed into having expensive frames etc only the ones that were in my budget as I needed 2 new pairs. I would highly recommend them as they are all so kind, & understanding & very cheerful!
